H.E. Dr. Raisi- the President of Iran, paid a visit to Isfahan Science & Technology Town (ISTT) heading a high ranking delegation composed of H.E.'s Deputy for Science & Technology,

H.E. Dr. Raisi- the President of Iran, paid a visit to Isfahan Science & Technology Town (ISTT) heading a high ranking delegation composed of H.E.'s Deputy for Science & Technology, Dr Sattari, and Deputy for Administration, Dr. Mortazavi. The visit also included an exhibition displaying the technological achievements of a number of k-based companies in Isfahan Province and some of ISTT resident companies on June the 16th, 2022.

ISTT President briefly introduced ISTT activities and IRIS services to the President.

H.E. Dr. Raisi appreciated the activities of ISTT and said that this complex(ISTT) not only provides necessary trainings for the young generation, but it also guarantees their employments and future success. He further expressed satisfaction with the companies’ innovations and technological achievements. He went on to say that the job opportunities created in ISTT has led to reducing brain drains in recent years. Despite challenges, the knowledge-based companies have made every effort to thrive, the president said.

In line with this year’s National slogan, “Knowledge-based and Job-creating Production”, the president agreed and assured to support the knowledge-based companies to the fullest extent to remove obstacles for commercialization of their products and facilitate their trade.

The team was also taken on a tour to visit one of the most successful tenant companies- Behyar Sanat. The company is among the 5 companies in the world which have the high technology to produce medical linear accelerator used for treating cancer.
